At Itek Biz Resources, we are committed to customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and sustainable business practices. All returns are subject to the terms below.

Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Returns after this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted if the item meets all of the following conditions:

• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
• All accessories, manuals, tags, and original boxes are included
• The item is in perfect resalable condition with no scratches, marks, or signs of use

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

• Any opened or used electronics (laptops, phones, accessories, chargers, etc.)
• Software, digital products, or items with activation codes
• Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items
• Clearance, sale, or heavily discounted products
• Items without original packaging or missing parts

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email at info@itekbizresources.com
2. Provide your Order Number and reason for return.
3. Await our approval before sending the item back.
4. Only approved returns will be processed.

Refund Process

• All returns are subject to thorough inspection upon receipt.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (bank transfer only for card payments).
• Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.
• A 10% restocking fee may be applied on approved returns.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for defective items or our error (wrong item delivered). For change of mind, we encourage you to confirm specifications before purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you (subject to verification).

Important Notes

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
• We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not strictly meet our policy conditions.
• Repeated returns from the same customer may lead to restricted future purchases.
• This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Nigerian law.
